According to Resort del Coronado’s internet site, Chacon put in months investigating the hotel in 1992 as effectively as talking to a lot more than 1,000 employees about their activities.

In the movie, Mike asks: “Hotel rooms are just obviously creepy sites, really don’t you imagine?”

And it looks like he may possibly have experienced a position, since in accordance to the lodge the exploration located that ‘a sizeable proportion of anomalous (paranormal) phenomena had been documented that could not be scientifically explained’.

But unlike the horrific activities lousy Mike goes through, Kate’s ghost is fairly harmless.

The resort said: “She typically limits her action to fleeting appearances and inexplicable antics.

“Guests in Kate’s space report anything from breezes that occur from nowhere to possessing to deal with a tv set that turns on and off by alone.”
