Highgate crash: Pedestrian struck by car outside Queens Hotel

A woman was rushed to clinic just after being struck by a car or truck outside the house the common Queens Hotel in Highgate late Sunday evening.

Police had been identified as to the horror crash about 10.53pm right after a 26-12 months-aged female was hit by a Mitsubishi Lancer becoming pushed south along Beaufort Road.

It is considered the female was crossing the street outside the hotel when she was struck.

Emergency expert services rushed to the crash web site, with paramedics conveying the lady below precedence to Royal Perth Hospital.

Police mentioned the woman received significant but non-daily life-threatening accidents.

Components of the active Beaufort Road were blocked off by police though they investigated the scene.

Pictures show the Mitsubishi Lancer had a shattered windscreen in which the impact with the female occurred.

The 26-12 months-outdated driver of the car remained at the scene and assisted law enforcement with their inquiries.
